Use and Care

Inspect the board, glue joints, groove, rails, feet, and trays before each use; discontinue use if split, warped, loose, deeply cracked, or otherwise damaged. Place all four feet on a clean, dry, level counter. Use separate preparation practices appropriate to different foods and follow local food-handling guidance. Hand wash promptly with mild detergent, do not soak, and do not place the wood board in a dishwasher, oven, microwave, or freezer. Wash trays separately. Dry every surface, groove, recess, rail, foot, and tray completely before reassembly. Condition the wood only with a product suitable for cutting boards and follow that product's instructions.
